Snapology’s April 30, 2026 FDD offers one current U.S. format: a Full-Time Mobile Snapology Business. The franchisee builds local school, community and family demand inside a Protected Area, schedules authorized Curriculum at Third Party Sites, staffs delivery with qualified instructors, and records the operation in Command Center. Snapology, LLC controls the Curriculum, core technology, supplier standards, marketing approvals and major territory and channel rules.
What does a Snapology franchisee actually sell, and who buys it?
The Franchised Business sells authorized Curriculum-based programs, events and workshops using building toys, robotics, animation, coding and engineering techniques. The FDD identifies preschool and school-aged children as the general market. Public offerings include classes, camps, birthday parties, field trips, assemblies and custom events; the official Snapology program catalog shows the consumer-facing categories.
Demand comes from households and institutional partners. Parents can locate and book programs through Snapology interfaces; schools and community organizations can sponsor or host them. The official school partnership page describes after-school enrichment, daytime STEM programs, preschool programs, field trips, PTA events, camps, workshops and assemblies; the official field-trip page describes mobile delivery at schools.
Evidence: Snapology, LLC 2026 FDD, Item 1, pp. 1–4; Item 16, p. 38. Public pages supplement the FDD’s contractual definitions.
How does work move through a Full-Time Mobile Snapology Business?
The operating cycle converts local demand into an authorized program at a permitted Third Party Site, then staffs, delivers and records it through required systems. The 2026 FDD does not prescribe a universal sales script; this workflow uses only disclosed actors, systems and dependencies.

Evidence: 2026 FDD, Items 8 and 11, pp. 20–32; Item 12, pp. 33–35; Item 15, pp. 37–38; Franchise Agreement §§7.A–D, pp. 14–15, and §§11.I–V, pp. 26–33. The official mobile-model page describes school, library and community-center partnerships.
The FDD supports a manager-run structure only through an approved Designated Manager, not an absentee model. The Designated Manager must supervise day-to-day operations full time, use best efforts and hold required training, permits and licenses. The franchisee remains ultimately responsible even when the Designated Manager is retained rather than an Owner.
Who performs each operating function?
Snapology, LLC specifies the Curriculum, system standards and required technology; the franchisee or Designated Manager runs the local operation; qualified program instructors deliver Snapology Events. The Franchise Agreement leaves employment decisions with the franchisee, not Snapology, LLC.
Franchisee / Designated Manager

Evidence: 2026 FDD, Item 15, pp. 37–38; Franchise Agreement §11.J–K, pp. 27–28. The FDD does not disclose standard headcount, shifts or an instructor-to-event staffing ratio.
Which suppliers and technology are mandatory?
Curriculum is the strongest input dependency: Snapology, LLC is the exclusive supplier, and the Services must use and conform to the Curriculum. Other categories can be limited to Snapology, LLC, an affiliate or Designated Suppliers, including technology, marketing materials, insurance, merchant processing and accounting/support services. A proposed alternate supplier needs written approval, which can later be revoked.
Command Center is the required business management software for the Full-Time Mobile model. It supports CRM, website-integrated enrollment, event calendars, staff management and email marketing. The franchisee must license and use Command Center daily; there is no substitute. Snapology, LLC has direct access to Command Center data and can require upgrades or replacement.
At least one computer or tablet with high-speed internet is required for the administrative office, together with PCI-DSS-compliant software. The contractual control is broader than a software subscription: the Franchise Agreement gives the franchisor direct access to Business Management System data and permits the system to be changed, supplemented or replaced.
Evidence: 2026 FDD, Item 8, pp. 20–24; Item 11, pp. 30–32; Franchise Agreement §§11.U–V, pp. 31–33.
What does the franchisor control, and what remains with the franchisee?
The Full-Time Mobile Snapology Business is locally executed but centrally constrained. Snapology, LLC can change authorized Services, Curriculum, supplier specifications, required technology, marketing standards, Membership Program terms and portions of pricing where law permits. The franchisee remains responsible for employment, local execution, compliance and decisions not reserved by the Franchise Agreement.
Franchisor-controlled or restricted
- Authorized Services, products and Curriculum; unauthorized offerings cannot be sold.
- Designated Suppliers, specifications and approval of proposed alternate suppliers.
- Command Center and other required technology, including system changes and data access.
- Advertising approval, digital-media rules, official web presence and use of Proprietary Marks.
- Membership Program structure, loyalty or promotional programs, and permitted systemwide pricing controls.
- Protected Area boundaries, permitted Third Party Sites, outside-area marketing and alternative distribution channels.
Franchisee responsibility or discretion
- Hiring, employee headcount, compensation, benefits, work hours, discipline and local schedules.
- Day-to-day execution by the Designated Manager, including event staffing and site coordination.
- Licenses, permits, employment compliance, local safety obligations and maintenance of required records.
- Local relationship-building and approved marketing execution within the Protected Area.
- Whether to use a Service Vehicle; if used, the vehicle and branding must meet system standards.
- Retail pricing only to the extent Snapology, LLC has not imposed a lawful system pricing requirement.
Evidence: 2026 FDD, Items 8, 11, 12 and 16, pp. 20–38; Franchise Agreement §§11.B, 11.J–K and 15.G–H. The Operations Manual table of contents covers Human Resources, Marketing, Sales Procedures, Finance & Accounting, Daily Operating Procedures, Safety, Security and Emergency Response.
How protected is the Protected Area?
A Protected Area is not exclusive. If the franchisee is compliant, Snapology, LLC agrees not to operate or grant another Snapology Business there, but Snapology, LLC and affiliates reserve alternative distribution channels and other-brand rights. The franchisee must focus marketing inside the Protected Area and needs consent for specified outside-area or alternative product-distribution activity.
The Full-Time Mobile Snapology Business normally provides Services only at authorized Third Party Sites inside the Protected Area. Limited retail or other business space requires approval. A separate Territory Operating Procedure amendment can, if executed, authorize specified out-of-area events; those rights are conditional and can be withdrawn or transitioned if another franchise is awarded there.
Evidence: 2026 FDD, Item 12, pp. 33–35; Franchise Agreement §1.C–D, p. 3; Territory Operating Procedure Amendment, pp. 1–2. The official location finder distinguishes community-based operations from legacy fixed-site types.
What does Item 20 show about the U.S. outlet base?
At December 31, 2025, Item 20 reported 130 U.S. Snapology outlets: 129 franchised and one company-owned. Table 1 counts the whole system, not only the current Full-Time Mobile format. It reports 105 total outlets at year-end 2023 and 121 at year-end 2024; the chart uses the exact 2025 composition so its two categories reconcile to the whole.
Which operating questions still need direct verification?
The FDD defines control rights more precisely than a standard staffing model. A buyer should verify detail inside the current Operations Manual, Command Center configuration and local market plan.
- Confirm the exact Attachment B Protected Area, any overlap and whether any Territory Operating Procedure rights are offered.
- Request the current Designated Supplier list and identify which operating categories have no approved alternative source.
- Verify current Command Center functions, required integrations and any technology added after the April 30, 2026 issuance date.
- Confirm how the Minimum Event Requirement is counted operationally and how the unit schedules toward the month-25-and-later average of 15 Snapology Events.
- Verify how the mandatory Membership Program and any Customer Card, loyalty or promotional programs are currently implemented for mobile units.
- Confirm how instructor clearances, teacher status and the 100-hour lead-classroom requirement are documented in the buyer’s state and Protected Area.
- Ask for the current staffing plan used for the buyer’s anticipated program mix; the FDD requires sufficient qualified personnel but does not specify standard headcount or shift ratios.
Evidence basis for verification topics: 2026 FDD, Items 8, 11, 12 and 15; Franchise Agreement §§11.I–V; Operations Manual table of contents. Official event context appears on the birthday-party page and camp page.
